Age 84, of Sheet Harbour passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour. Born in Sheet Harbour, October 14, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Johnson and Hazel (Kenney) Oicle. Gail would be remembered for her love for family and life in general. Holidays were a special time for Gail especially Christmas. She took great interest in her family geneology. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, both her flowers and vegetable gardens. Survived by her son, Russell (Martha), Sussex, N.B.; daughters, Eldeane (Gerry) Webster, Greenwood; Michele (Paul) Chittick, Ottawa; grandchildren, Kristine, Jonathan, Greg and Danielle; great-grandchildren, Marc, Matthew and Leah; sister, Durece (Edison) Langille, Stellarton; brothers, Garry, East River; Ellery (Anita), Timberlea; sister-in-law, Bertha Cameron, Spry Harbour; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband, Roy; brothers, Calder, Glen; sisters-in-law, Norma, Edna, Mona; brother-in-law, Fred. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be Friday, July 26th from 1-2 p.m. in D.S. Crowell & Son Funeral Home, 22558 Hwy. 7, Sheet Harbour. Burial to follow in St. Andrew's Anglican Cemetery, Spry Harbour. Family flowers only, donations in Gail's memory may be made to Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Room.
