Obituary of Rosalind Ann Levy

Levy (nee Rudolph), Rosalind Ann- 77 Harrigan Cove, it is with great sadness that we announce Mum’s passing at Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour June 5, 2019. Rosalind was born May 2, 1942 in Halifax, the only child of the late Henry Milton and Mary Evelyn (Smith) Rudolph. Mum was always happy to welcome any family and friends into her very cozy home to sit with her in her favourite place beside the woodstove, she was a stay at home Mother and homemaker, lifelong member of St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Harrigan Cove, an avid reader and enjoyed embroidery and knitting, also Mum loved working alongside Dad in their big vegetable garden, going for a little run in the boat or just a short drive, they were always together and are again now. Rosalind is survived by her three sons; Keith (Margie), Darryll (Tammy) and Leon, Harrigan Cove, only daughter Joy (Frank) Josey, Spry Harbour, grandchildren; Kelsey, Nathan, Hannah, Quentin and Seth, aunt and uncle, many cousins and brothers and sisters in-law. Predeceased by her husband of 45 years Harry Levy in 2009. Visitation will be held today from 7-9p.m. with prayers at 7:30 in DS Crowell & Son Funeral Home 22558 Highway 7 Sheet Harbour. Funeral service will be held Saturday June 8 at 2:00p.m. in St. James Anglican Church, Port Dufferin Rev. Gary Barr officiating. Family flowers only.
