Obituary of Patricia Anne Klitch

Klitch, Patricia “Anne” (Chittick)-age 63 of Sheet Harbour, passed away unexpectedly on November 5th 2023 at Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Anne was born on October 15th, 1960 to the late Raymond and Patsy Chittick. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend to many. Anne worked as a caregiver for many years, and later as an exceptional baker. She had a generous heart and loved fiercely, always making sure those she cared about were taken care of. In addition to enjoying summers at her happy place, on Loon Loop, Anne loved spending time with her grandchildren: Bailey, Alyvia, Taylor, and Andrew, who were her pride and joy. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends. Anne lived her life to the fullest, and was always up for an adventure which sometimes took her to Africa, the Dominican Republic, or floating down the Stewiacke River during Cousins Fest. Anne is survived by her husband Don; her daughter and best friend Samantha (Aaron); brothers Roddy (Kathie), and Randall (Tammy); sisters Beth, and Lynn (Jimmy); stepchildren Cory (Niki), Russell, Amy (Robert), and Amanda; grandchildren: Brandon, Noah, Jessey, Elizabeth, Payton, and Tyler.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by brother-in-law, Raymond Ryan, grandparents, and aunts and uncles. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to D.S. Crowell & Son Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on November 10th at 11am, Sheet Harbour Lion’s Center 183 Pool Road, Sheet Harbour. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. MacDonald at the Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
