Cecile Williams– It is with great sadness we need to announce that Cecile lost her battle with Cancer on April 22, 2023. Born in Montreal to parents Ben & Rose (Brunette) Keay on February 27, 1943, moved to Calgary in 1977 and lived many places from BC, AB, NS & NL and the end of her life in Dartmouth, NS. Cecile had many interests like bowling, knitting, crafting, chatting with her friends and of course spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by her son John (Kathi) Williams Hope BC, daughters Tina (Blair) Boutilier Sheet Harbour NS & Connie Maynard Dartmouth NS. Grandchildren: Stephanie, Brendan, Sam, Callie, James, Jennifer, Heather, Curtis, Ryan, Angelica & Erica. 16 Great grandchildren. Pre-deceased by Husband John, Father Ben, Mother Rose, Son in law Alf, grandson Steven. The family would like to thank the paramedics, nurses, doctors & support staff at the Dartmouth General Hospital for their kindness, care and compassion. Cremation has taken place, no service as per family request and burial will be at a later date at Queens Park Cemetery Calgary, AB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
