BLIGH, Evelyn “Jeanne” - 95 of Dartmouth NS, passed away November 2, 2022 in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Sackville NB, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ino (Vincent) Milner. She is survived by her husband (of 68 years) Dr. Emerson “Graham” Bligh, daughters Karen Miller of Quispamsis NB, Cathy (Robert) Piccott of Dartmouth NS, Lynn (Fred) Dube of Moncton NB; grandchildren Kim & Heather Piccott, Christine & Wendy Richards, Angela Somers, Matthew Miller; 6 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Saundra Milner, niece Ann Milner, nephew Philip Milner all of Clearwater, FL and nephew Brian (Sue) Bligh of Lakeville, NS. She was predeceased by her brothers Rev. William “Bill” (Doris) Milner and Robert “Bob” Milner, and brother-in-law Thomas (Audrey) Bligh. Funeral will take place 1:00pm at Forest Hills Fellowship Baptist Church on Wednesday, November 9 with Pastor Jonathan MacLeod officiating. A reception will immediately follow the service. Burial will take place on Thursday, November 10 in Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeville NS. Donations in Jeanne’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia, and online condolences may be directed to www.crowellsfuneralhome.ca.
