Obituary of Gerald Kenneth Stuart

Stuart, Gerald Kenneth- 85, Port Dufferin passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in the QE11 Infirmary Site with his family by his side. Born August 12, 1933 in Port Dufferin he was a son of the late Roland and Kathleen (Hartling) Stuart. Gerald worked at the Halifax Dockyard for 22 years before moving home to work at Gammon Brothers Ltd. until his retirement. Gerald enjoyed playing pool, building and playing guitars, also enjoyed going lobster fishing and gardening.  You could always know where Gerald was in a room because you could hear him whistleing before you saw him.  Survived by his wife of 60 years, Doreen; children, Kathy (Phillip Cameron), Wayne (Rhonda) and Elizabeth all of Port Dufferin; grandchildren, Morgan (Trev) McNeil, Melissa; great grandson, Edwin.
