Obituary of Charlotte Elizabeth Jewers

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Charlotte Elizabeth Jewers of Halifax on July 10, 2022 at the Halifax Infirmary. Charlotte was born in Ecum Secum West February 28, 1937. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Ruby (Bernard) Jewers. Charlotte, before retirement, worked at the VG Hospital, in the Bethune building with the VG cleaning staff for many years. She was recognized for her perfect attendance, not having missed a day in over 20 years while there. She is survived by her sisters, Mary, of Halifax, and Carol (Morash) of Eastern Passage. Charlotte was predeceased by her parents, and by her brothers, Edward, Sheldon, Víctor and Wallace, and by her sister, Linda. Following Charlottes wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral. We wish to thank the staff on unit 8.4 of the Halifax Infirmary for the care she received in the month before she passed away. Online condolences may be directed to www.crowellsfuneralhome.ca
