Obituary of Alice Iona Pearl Hilchie
Please share a memory of Alice to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
With heartbreak and grief we said goodbye to our darling wife, mother, grandmother, sister and sister-in law. With her devoted family by her bedside she passed into the hands of her saviour at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Now she can rest and finally be pain free.
Survived by the love of her life, husband, Charlie, who she's known since the age of 12. Thru joys, heartache, sickness and health, they remained loving and faithful for 54 years.
Daughter Michelle, son Adam, Barbie(Boutilier), whom she was immensely proud of.
Grandchildren, the apples of her eyes, Destiny, Victoria, Matthew, Hayden and chosen granddaughter, Olivia Burton.
Siblings.. Melvin Viola(Nat), Doris, Jan(Barry), Ricky(Diane), Danny(Rose), Stephen(Sandra), Verlie(Darren)
Predeceased by her darling son John..(John John)
Parents Cameron, Ina Laybolt(Borgal) Brother, James in infancy.
We know they were with her at her passing to guide her Home.
Alice and Charlie welcomed many foster children into their home over the years and gave them the love and support they needed.
