Shelly, Donna and families, we are so sorry for the loss of your Mom . From the day we met her 1987, for Shelly’s and Michael’s wedding, we know we were part of the extended family. I know Audrey to be very kind , proud , and a wise lady who loved fun , travel and most importantly , her family . Audrey dealt with life on life’s terms . Dear Family, Although Keith had been keeping me informed, it was still a shock to see Audrey’s obituary in the paper. Over the last 25 years of going to Lochaber Mines fishing almost every year with a Keith and staying in the “old camp” at Bert and Audrey’s and later just Audrey, I came to love them both dearly. Many, many happy hours with them playing crib , having meals together, listening to Bert’s fishing stories, etc. Most of that continued with Audrey but the fishing stories were replaced with Bert stories until Covid shut us down the last two springs. I will miss Audrey - her kindness, generosity and wonderful sense of humour. My deepest condolences go out to you all, especially Donna, Shelley, Maxine and Kyla whom I either met or heard so much about. So sorry to read of Audrey’s passing. Audrey was such a lovely lady. Audrey and Bert were friends of my grandparents, Gerald and Annie Flinn. I still remember how shocked and happy they were when Bert and Audrey married. They had great times together at the cottage in Sheet Harbour.

I have so many fond memories with Audrey that the list could go on forever. One of the main things I will always remember is the way Audrey would light up while telling a story about her life or how she loved to have fun and would always fill up a room with laughter and dancing.
