Obituary of Arthur Wayne Moser

Moser Arthur Wayne (Art)-78, Moosehead, passed away Sunday May 10, 2020 in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital. Born February 16, 1942 he was a son of the late Janet Hutka and stepfather the late George Hutka. Art’s first love was the ocean, he left home at an early age to work aboard a gypsum boat then would serve in the Coast Guard aboard the John A. MacDonald. Met the love of his life Cody in British Columbia where they would begin a family, later moved to Bakersfield California where he worked in the oil fields. He then returned home to Moosehead in the late 80s to continue to raise his family and became the primary caregiver to his wife through many medical conditions. Art also was a member of Moser River Independent Baptist Church. Survived by wife of 45 years Helen (Cody) Moser, sons, Joey (Tiffany) and Matthew (Lisa), grandchildren Brendan, Danika, Jacob and Gibson. Siblings; Katheryn (Al) Lascar - Dundalk, ON, Ken (Liz) Hutka - Pickering, ON, Glen (Olga) Hutka - Calgary, AB, Cliff (Brenda) Hutka, Lr. Sackville.
