Obituary of Keith Clifton Zwicker

Age 66, Pleasant Harbour, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 in Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. Born in Sheet Harbour, February 14, 1954 he was a son of Maurice (Hattie, stepmother) Zwicker and the late Florence (Mason) Zwicker. Keith worked at many occupations as a labourer with Miller Tire, Rosborough Boats, B.I.O as an oiler and on the gypsum boats. Keith enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, tinkering with cars and NASCAR, especially his favourite Dale Earnhardt. Keith and his wife Debbie enjoyed their Sunday drives to Victoria Park which always included a stop at KFC, they also enjoyed their trip to Niagara Falls with good friends Teddy and Bonnie Walsh. Survived by his wife of 44 years, Debbie; daughters, Darlene (Martin) Vezina, Lake Echo; Lisa (Matthew), Watt Section; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jacob and Gibson; brothers, Ken (Donna), Pleasant Harbour; Darrell, Dartmouth. Predeceased by sister, Laverne Murphy; brother, Wendell (Debbie). Visitation will be held Friday July 31 from 6-8p.m. with prayers at 7:30 in DS Crowell & Son Funeral Home 22558 Highway 7 Sheet Harbour. A graveside committal will be held Saturday August 1 at 11:00a.m. in St. Peters Cemetery Lintlops Road, Murphy Cove Rev. Lorraine Otto officiating. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Twin Oaks Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion shown to Keith and his family.
