Boutilier, Cecelia Mary- 73, Pleasant Harbour passed away Monday August 11, 2025 in Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital, Musquodoboit Harbour. Born in Sheet Harbour August 15, 1951 she was a daughter of the late Hugh & Mae (Beaver) Webb. Cecelia was a child care provider for many years. She also worked at the Tangier Gold Mine while it was in operation. Her most important job was homemaker, raising her two children Chad and Crystal. Cecelia enjoyed quilting, cross-stitching, scratch tickets, reading and crosswords. She loved to bake and cook, feeding anyone and everyone who came to her house to visit, they never left hungry. Survived by children Chad, Crystal (Kevin) Stubbert, grandchildren; Brianna, Michael and Connor, fur grand dog Loki, siblings; Ray (Rita) Webb, Elaine (Duncan) Mason, Patricia Boutilier, Stella (Phillip) Boutilier. Predeceased by husband Louis, brothers; George, Frank, Percy, Gerald and Peter in infancy, sister Etta Borgal. A private family burial will be held in the coming days. The family would like to express thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital for the care and compassion shown to their Mom, as well as Dr. Dunbar and Dr. MacDonald.

My father the late Duncan S. Crowell purchased the business on August 31, 1970 from the late Parker Hamilton. Dad named it Eastern Memorial Funeral Home until a few years later when he changed the name to DS Crowell Funeral Home.
