Boutilier, Gerald Arnold “Gerry”- 74, Sheet Harbour died Thursday June 19, 2025 in the Harbourview Lodge, Sheet Harbour. Born in Sheet Harbour April 2, 1951 he was a son of the late William & Theresa (Helpard) Boutilier. Although from Sheet Harbour Gerry lived and spent a lot of his life in Mushaboom. Gerry worked in construction all his life. In his spare time he enjoyed snowmobiling, playing cards and enjoyed a good party. Survived by sister Thelma, brother Douglas (Susie), both of Dartmouth, many nieces and nephews, special aunt Joan Boutilier and longtime caregivers Linda & the late Robie Boutilier. Predeceased by companion Nancy Munroe, brothers Roy & Dale. A graveside service will be held Wednesday June 25, 2025 at 3pm in St. Michaels Anglican Cemetery, Sheet Harbour. My father the late Duncan S. Crowell purchased the business on August 31, 1970 from the late Parker Hamilton. Dad named it Eastern Memorial Funeral Home until a few years later when he changed the name to DS Crowell Funeral Home.
