Well mother ,its not what i imagine doing today on this foggy day of may 3,2025.Its been a very long week and im not ready to do this just yet.this What happened to you this was not the year to leave me and your grandaughter and those precious great grandchildren.they are so young yet to loose the last great grandmother left.Miranda lynn is a perfect image of her mother from the long eye lashes right down to the long beautiful ringlettes and flowing curls.like her mom shes got her own way about her with a little bit of spitfire in her along with the murphy way of life ,shes her own boss and that is that. Vanessa getready for those teenage years ,there gonna be interesting.Then theres roger a young 11 year old who sets his mind to something and does it regardless of what the outcome is to be.Hes at a difficult age where hesstill learning about life and all its mysteries .Ayoung man who will get through life with the help of his nanna ,but those angels up above will guide him to never give up on what he sets his mind to andmake the most of life making his parents proud of what he may do in the future.And as for his nanna she will always be proud of him no matter where life takes him cause hes a very smart young lad who will seseed in any thing he does.Like his nanna believes hes a book of knowledge beyound his years.Mom hes a bit like you loves to talk and will explain thing to anyone who doesnt understand things.hes an angel in his own way for he will shine above and beyoung his expectations.Then theres vanessa,abeautiful young lady who will never forget the days she spent with you not knowing where life will take her .At 37,she was not prepared for this type of change.Raising 2 kids a mother who will never know what its like to have her grandmother by her side guiding her and being there when life gets too difficult at times to ask her opion.Sometimes life isnt fair but like everything happens for a reason.Guess she will have to ask her mom with those things whether she like to hear the straight answer or not.thats the way of the murphy clan stubborn and im doin it my way whether you like it or not.She will suseed in life and carry on in her grandmothers footsteps ,to see that het children are well fed and have what they need and always love them no matter what happens Its the mother they will go to when they have an issue to be explained,for they are their own person and no one on earth is gonna change it,As for me i realised that im gonna have to take the place of becoming the one who will over see the life of these precious babies as they will grow and learn new things and experience the unknown hats ahead of them.Ill see that they have food enough to eat and will never do without anythingAs a grandmother mine looked after me from when i was born till i had my own family She was there by my side regardless of the situation whether it was wrong or she didnt like it.she never judged me or anything i set my mind to and i believe shes still here and will be when joining you with her.The family is almost together now mom in heaven but for now the whole family is standing over you ang guiding you up to god and his family so you will be at rest for now.Gloria is with us in spirit in bc but her heart is right where it needs to be by her whole family.As for me i will promise you that before i come and rest by my family we all will be happy knowing the whole family will be together again just like it should have been years ago regardless of who they were for they are all family blood related and all with a strong heart and a love for music and the water where are souls should have been befor .In this life theres no reason now why we all cant get along and be a happy family like we all should have been reguardless of lifes issues because its the love in our hearts and the sunshine in our eyes that will be there for each other till we all will be together as one big family in lifes garden of heaven watching over the next generation that is yet to come MOTHER i love you so much and will miss our times together but now i can put you with your mom and your father knowing you will be safe now and i will carry on for as long god willing to be there for my family till we all will see each other again in the next life.i will be alright like you asked me on that day when we were talking What will you do when im gone,and your last word to me were IWILL SEE YOU SOMEDAY SOON..My heart was weak ,my body was tired but my love for you will never die.it will live on in the lives of my grand daughter and those precious grand babies.the murphy tradition will carry us through till we all rest near the family in heaven at last.your daughter rebecca murphy,my heart will go on forever.love you mother. .

Sorry to hear of Hattie's passing. She was one-of-a-kind. She was a caring soul and always welcoming anytime we visited. She will be missed and remembered fondly. Condolences. Mary Levy (cousin)

We spent alot of time on the beach with Hattie,I can still hear her saying" come on Beck,we gotta get home for supper" over and over while you we're still in the water swimming.all the walks and laughs we had together as kids,those were fun days...good days.I'm sorry for your loss Becky,this will be a hard one for you.She is in a better place,and we all will be together again with our loved ones.Hugs..R.I.P. Hattie

many memories at freds beach ,lots of laughs and tears.she was always surounded by children and watching them so they didnt go to far out in the water.still remember those good old days like they were yesterday and taking hatties cigarettes me and bubsy and smoking them.memories to hold close to the heart.asole who never got mad and just let it be.life goes on.

I remember when Hattie was in Cole Harbour one time and she just loved the little dog across the street, she would always be wanting to hold it.

yes she loved the animals down at the farm around the corner down the street.New beginning for the babies that were born and the precious bbies that hattie held in her arms like they were her very own.
