Carol, I couldn’t have asked for a better mother in-law. I will miss you and all the little things that made you “you”. How you called breakfast “brekkie” when Mason and Connor were babies. The way you would get easily startled and almost have to catch your breath. When everyone would playfully tease each other and you would tease them right back. Your little chuck when you laughed.You were always easy to talk to. It’s hard to believe you are gone. You will be missed. I will miss you.

Mom, thinking of you and missing you everyday. I am so thankful for your love and support throughout the years. It truly meant so much to me to have you come and help us through the first couple of weeks of each of the boys’ lives. Although geographic differences presented a challenge over the years at least we had text, phone and video calls to make things a little easier. I’m grateful for the time we had together but will always wish we had just a little bit more. I take comfort in knowing you are in Heaven reunited with Grandpa, Grandma and Carleigh. Rest In Peace, Love you, Kelly

So many memories! But what really sticks out were our family dinners every Sunday way back when Grandma and Grandpa lived on Bigham crescent. I miss you Grandma! I hope we can make you proud while you're up there watching down on us all!

I remember Carol from when we were 12 yrs. old and were in the same set for square dancing. We would compete at all the local fairs and have loads of fun, Going to different schools we didn't see as much of each other until Gerry came home from work(WPD) and told me about Terry, engaged to a friend of mine wanting to get together. We had lots of fun over the next years, at Carol's family home and later as young newlyweds raising our children. We were so sorry to hear of Carol's passing, she will be missed. I miss seeing her posts on FB every few days.

I met Carol through Terry when they were living outside of Meaford. Although the time was short before they moved to Nova Scotia we developed a wonderful friendship. We had many laughs and I felt I had found a kindred spirit when it came to shopping. My fondest shopping memory was at the Meaford Apple Harvest craft show. We stopped at every vendor, spoke to many people and it took the whole day to complete our shopping. We were exhausted, with sore feet etc. I will miss Carol so very much.

My mother... I keep dreaming of you holding a baby! I can picture your buz, buz bumble bee as if it were happening right in front of me! I will never forget you running to me and taking me to the hospital when I went to labor with Codi! I don't think you left my side. We had so many shopping adventures over the years.... maybe to many. LoL I am not really sure how to say goodbye... so until we meet again! I love you, and I miss you so very much!

I remember when she would come over to our house and she would let me play Sudoku on her iPad. I had no clue how to play at first, but she slowly thought me. I enjoyed learning sudoku with her a lot, and she is the only reason I know the rules of sudoku till this day.

I remember going to Florida for Christmas to visit my grandma and grandpa. I remember going to the movies Christmas Day with them. It was so fun the time I spent down there with them and I’ll remember it forever.

I’ll always remember her laughter, her thoughtfulness, her love of Elvis, and shopping adventures. I’m forever grateful I got to know this lovely lady, I miss her terribly but I know she and Elvis are dancing up above it’s not good bye mom it’s till we see each other again
