I was in her grade 6 class at north brook I am now in my late 50s teaching as an Ece she was so incredible as a teacher a I have never forgotten her.RIP

So saddened to hear of Rosemary’s passing. As well as she being my cousin, she also taught me in grades 2 and 6 in Mushaboom School. ( absolutely the best teacher ever ) Loved her dearly. Many fond memories of Rosemary Rest easy dear soul ❤️

I was so saddened to hear of Rosemary’s passing. It brings a smile to my face when I remember on my routine visits to be greeted at an open door before you could even knock. Entering the kitchen even at mid morning there would be freshly baked bread cooling on the counter and as I left there would be a half loaf tucked under my arm….other days she’d be on the mower and jump off wearing her shorts with her sun tanned legs and arms…..or getting ready for a church meeting hosting a full lobster dinner for the group. All I know is they don’t make them like that anymore . I am so grateful and honoured to have known her such a short time. May her memories last a lifetime to those who loved her Sincerest regrets. who we are:

My father the late Duncan S. Crowell purchased the business on August 31, 1970 from the late Parker Hamilton. Dad named it Eastern Memorial Funeral Home until a few years later when he changed the name to DS Crowell Funeral Home.
