It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce Michael passed away unexpectedly on March 10th 2025 at his residence in Edmonton Alberta. Michael was born December 26, 1986 in Toronto to parents James Gray and Alvaretta Russell. They moved to Nova Scotia when he was 16 to be closer to family. He graduated from vocational school and started his life out west in Edmonton Alberta. He met the love of his life Shayna Littlepoplar and they had 3 children. Michael enjoyed spending time with his family giving them the best he could. He is survived by his children Annabelle, Logan and Sophie, his parents, brother Mitchell {Kristine}and their children Riley and Lainey. He was predeceased by his wife Shayna who just recently passed away in December 2024.He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will follow at a later date. Donations can be made in his memory to St. James United Church, Lochaber Mines. Forever and always in our hearts.
